Consultancy leads to Cost Savings!

Clean Air Technologies have a track record for undertaking value engineering exercises and delivering significant cost savings. Working as the Senior Consultants on a recent project with a contamination control budget of £3.3m we were able to recommend changes to the design and achieved savings in excess of 5%.

Remove and replaced 175 ULPA/ HEPA filters

Utilising scaffolding with a bridging platform to span the sensitive and fragile equipment our Service team completed this extensive filter replacement. The class 10 cleanroom was then cleaned and validated within the 3-day shutdown period as instructed - with the room being handed back to the client fully compliant.

Recently secured Design & Build in excess of £600k

The Project Division once again has secured a significant design and build project incorporating a new Cell Culture Lab, BSL3 refurbishment along with Room conversions and Extensions. This order has been awarded to Clean Air Technologies based on the extensive experience and specialist knowledge which will be required to ensure this project is a resounding success.

The Energy Division's innovative business model has been launched to support our client base by utilising our experience and expertise to identify potentially significant energy savings in terms of both emissions and cost. Clean Air Technologies Energy Division focus on the reduction of waste and energy usage in line with Government Policy and the pending introduction of the Carbon Reduction Commitment initiative in April 2010.
